|Ms. Hebesha is a shareholder at Tucker Chiu Law. Ms. Hebesha was born and raised in Clovis, California. After graduating high school from Buchanan High, Ms. Hebesha attended the University of Idaho and graduated with a B.S. in Political Science. Ms. Hebesha then attended the University of Idaho College of Law. During her law school career, Ms. Hebesha served as legal extern to Idaho Governor Dirk Kempthorne. After graduating law school in 2004 Ms. Hebesha returned to Fresno, California and began her legal career with the law firm of Kimble, MacMichael & Upton. She is a former shareholder in that firm. Ms. Hebesha focuses her practice on business and commercial law and litigation. Ms. Hebesha is an essential member of the firm’s litigation group and has represented clients in a wide array of civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts at the trial level. Ms. Hebesha’s business and commercial litigation experience includes, but is not limited to, employment litigation, eminent domain, construction litigation, health care litigation, personal injury, and family law. Ms. Hebesha also has extensive experience in both court-sponsored and private mediations and arbitrations.
