Christopher E. Seymour

Christopher E. Seymour is a partner at Tucker Chiu Law. His practice includes all phases of state and federal court litigation, emphasizing general commercial and real property litigation and creditor representation in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Mr. Seymour also is experienced in design liability litigation, construction litigation, employment litigation, and agricultural litigation including PACA disputes. Mr. Seymour has also served as a panelist for federal and state practice and procedure, collection practice, secured transactions, receivership, and other continuing education courses. After graduating from Loyola Law School in 1986, Mr. Seymour practiced for three years in Pasadena defending self-insured entities and representing architects and engineers in professional liability cases. Mr. Seymour has been practicing commercial litigation in Fresno since July 1989 and has been with Tucker Chiu Law since February 2015.
